If it is adrenaline you seek, this is the class. This workshop will introduce the student to the exciting world of hot glass and offhand glass blowing. In this intensive two-day class, students will get a look back at the history of the studio glass movement, proper use of tools, and of course hot shop safety. The students, collaborating in teams of two, will begin working with the molten glass. Working with the solid form each student will make paperweights and then progress into blowing glasses, vases and bowls.
